These Terms & Conditions govern your use of websites, forms, events, and text message programs offered by SPA Enterprises, LLC, operating as Marriage Inc. ("Marriage Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our websites or opting in to our messages, you agree to these terms.
Marriage Inc. text message program
Program description. Marriage Inc. sends text messages to people who opt in through our website forms. Depending on what you select, messages may include event updates, reminders, invitations, and registration details for events such as the Become One Marriage Enrichment Bootcamp, as well as marketing and promotional messages about Marriage Inc. events, programs, and resources.
Consent. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or registration. Event messages and marketing messages are separate choices.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or email [email protected].
Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services, opt in to messages, or register for our events.
Events and registration
Joining a waitlist or requesting an invitation does not guarantee a seat. Event details, including dates, venue, schedule, and pricing, may change. Registration, payment, cancellation, and refund terms for a specific event are provided at the time of registration.

Marriage Inc. provides marriage education, coaching, and enrichment. Our content, events, and assessments are not therapy, counseling, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed professional. Intellectual property
All content on our websites, including text, frameworks, graphics, logos, and materials, belongs to Marriage Inc. or its licensors and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Our websites and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marriage Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites, messages, or services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with a new effective date.
